Personal Branding for a Social Media Manager and Brand Strategist
Erin and I met in 2021 when she reached out about photography for her online clothing boutique - Prairie Wilds. As a transplant myself, I could really relate and connect with her struggle of moving to the US from Canada and finding a community here. But I was really drawn to her personality and zest for life. She was also super smart with her social media, her graphics and her email sequences. I remember asking her if she could refer me to her writer (spoiler alert - it was all her!) Little did I know, that shooting with me was a catalyst for her to realize that her heart wasn’t in the clothes any more - it was in social media, writing and branding! So a year later she reached out again, but now for her new business - BeSociable Brand!
The story behind the birth of Erin’s new business was simple: as she was assimilating in the area and finding networking groups, she noticed a trend with so many new businesses who were struggling with managing it all, especially their own marketing. So she thought, what if she could be that help, that person to take the load off a new business CEO and help them market, brand and advertise their new business?
